Jože Plečnik is one of the most prominent Slovenian architects and artists, the creator of the image of the Slovenian capital. With his work he also played an important role in Vienna and the Czech Republic, especially in Prague. His selected works are inscribed on UNESCO the World Natural and Cultural Heritage List.
