Felix Lobe was a professor, inventor and mechanical engineer. Because of his motor vehicles he played an important role in setting up the tram in Ljubljana, Slovenia. His plans were used in traffic for some time. He played an important role in the establishment of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
