Jože Torkar graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Ljubljana, Slovenia, with a thesis in the field of Economic Management of Complex District Heating Systems. His knowledge was turned into innovations and solutions that are brought to European cities by Slovenia's largest energy company - Petrol.
